1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Mailio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Mailio provides an email management and digest service that connects to your Gmail account (with your authorization) to sync, classify, and summarize your inbox and deliver a daily digest. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where feasible.
3. Your account and conduct
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, violate any laws, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Gmail and third-party services
Use of Gmail and other third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of those services. You grant us permission to access your Gmail data only as necessary to provide the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
